الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور البرامج الوطنية للبحث في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر، بالتطرق إلى أحكام المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 21-89 والمتضمن مخطط تطوير متعدد السنوات لتنفيذ البرامج الوطنية للبحث العلمي والتطوير التكنولوجي، ثم تحليل البرامج الوطنية للبحث من حيث الأهداف والمحتوى وطريقة العمل. ومن ثمة محاولة ربط أهداف البرامج بأهداف التنمية المستدامة ومتطلبات تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن تحقيق البرامج الوطنية للبحث لأهدافها يتطلب تعاون وتنسيق ناجع بين مختلف الفاعلين من الباحثين والمؤسسات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية ومختلف القطاعات ذات العلاقة بالمشاريع البحثية من أجل تجسيد البرامج على أرض الواقع. The study aims to identify the role of national research programmes in achieving the goals of sustainable development in Algeria by referring to the provisions of Executive Decree No. 21-89 containing a multi-year development blueprint for the implementation of national scientific research and technological development programmes, and then analysing national research programmes in terms of objectives, content and modus operandi. Hence trying to link programme objectives with sustainable development goals and the requirements for achieving Algeria's sustainable development goals. The study found that the achievement of national research programmes for their objectives requires effective cooperation and coordination between various actors from researchers, economic and social institutions and various sectors involved in research projects in order to reflect the programmes on the ground
