الملخص
تهدف الدراسة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على حرية البحث العلمي ودوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، خاصة مع بداية إهتمام الدولة بالبحث العلمي، وذلك من خلال دسترة حرية البحث العلمي والحرية الأكاديمية في تعديلاتها الدستورية لسنة 2016 و2020، وإعطاءها مكانة دستورية مع الحريات الأخرى مع العمل على ترقية البحث العلمي من أجل تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، كما عزز التعديل الدستوري قطاع البحث العلمي بإنشاء مجلس وطني للبحث العلمي والتكنولوجيات، وأكاديمية للعلوم والتكنولوجيات. The research study aims to shed light on the freedom of scientific research and its role in achieving sustainable development, especially with the beginning of the state’s interest in scientific research, through the constitution of freedom of scientific research and academic freedom in its constitutional amendments for the year 2016 and 2020, and giving it a constitutional status with other freedoms while working to promote Scientific research in order to achieve sustainable development. The constitutional amendment strengthened the scientific research sector by establishing a National Council for Scientific Research and Technologies, and an Academy of Sciences and Technologies
