الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة تأثير فعالية فرق البحث وفق نموذج (T7) على تحسين جودة البحث العلمي في الجزائر، وذلك من خلال إجراء دراسة ميدانية على فرق مشاريع بحث التكوين الجامعي (PRFU) في جامعة خنشلة. لتحقيق هدف الدراسة، تم إعداد استبيان يتكون من محور المتغيرات المستقلة وفق نموذج (T7) لفعالية فرق العمل، ومحور المتغير التابع وفق المرجع الوطني لضمان الجودة الداخلية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بالجزائر. تم استرجاع 76 استبانة، منها 66 استبانة قابلة للتحليل الإحصائي، والذي تم بواسطة برنامج (SPSS) الإصدار 25. توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد تأثير لفعالية فرق البحث (PRFU) وفق نموذج (T7) على تحسين جودة البحث العلمي في الجزائر، وأن العوامل المساهمة في هذا التأثير تتمثل في المواهب ودعم الفريق من المنظمة. وقد قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من المقترحات موجهة إلى أعضاء الفرق البحثية، والمنظمات التي تنتمي إليها هذه الفرق. الكلمات المفتاحية: فرق عمل ؛ فرق بحثية ؛ نموذج T7 ؛ بحث علمي ؛ مشاريع PRFU. تصنيف JEL: I23، A31،D73 ، D83، M54، I2. Abstract: The study aimed to measure of the effectiveness of the research teams according to the (T7) model, over the improvement of the quality of scientific research in Algeria. This was done by conducting a field study and khenchela university research teams (PRFU) as a case study. To achieve the goal of the study, a questionnaire was prepared consisting of the axis of independent variables using the model (T7) as a basis for the effectiveness of work teams, and the axis of the dependent variable using as a basis the national internal quality guarantee in higher education institutions in Algeria. 76 questionnaires were retrieved, of which 66 were valid for statistical analysis, which was conducted by (SPSS) version 25. The study found that there is an significant impact of the effectiveness of research teams (PRFU) according to the (T7) model over improving the quality of scientific research in Algeria. And that the factors contributing to this effect are talent and team support from the organization. The study presented a set of proposals directed to members of research teams, And the research organizations. Keys words: Work teams; Research teams; T7 model; scientific reseach; PRFU Projects.
