منهج إمام الحرمين الجويني في نقد مصادر الديانة اليهودية (التوراة)

الملخص
الملخص: يهدف هذه البحث إلى الكشف عن أحد مناهج علماء المسلمين في الرد على أهل الكتاب ألا وهو منهج الإمام الجويني. وإن كان الـمنهج العام لهؤلاء العلماء المسلمين يدور حول كشف الإختلافات والتناقضات والأخطاء الموجودة في مصادر اليهود والنصارى وفي عقائدهم ، فإننا نعتبر منهج الإمام الجويني أحد مناهج هؤلاء العلماء والمفكرين المسلمين في الرد على أهل الكتاب، ولقد دفعني إلى اختيار منهج الجويني من بين مناهج هؤلاء الأعلام. أولا:إعجابي الكبير بشخصية الإمام وبثقافته الموسوعية، وبنزعته النقدية خاصة. ثانيا:يعتبر الجويني من العلماء السبّاقين في دراسة مصادر وعقائد أهل الكتاب ونقدها، بحيث تأثر بمنهجه النقدي كل من جاء بعده من المهتمين بنقد مصادر اليهود والنصارى أمثال أبو حامد الغزالي والإمام القرافي ورحمة الله الهندي وغيرهم. لذا هو جدير بالبحث والدراسة. نحاول في هذه الدراسة الوجيزة أن نبين منهج الإمام وطريقته في التعامل مع مصادر الديانة اليهودية ( التوراة) ونقدها من خلال طرح بعض التساؤلات: مالمقصود بمنهج الجويني في نقد مصادر اليهودية (التوراة) ؟ وما هي خطوات هذا المنهج ؟ وهل هو منصب على النقد الخارجي أي الجانب الشكلي فقط أم يشمل أيضا النقد الداخلي( النصي) ؟. ونهدف من وراء هذا البحث أولا: التعريف بمنهج الجويني النقدي لمصادر اليهودية المتمثلة في التوراة والكشف عن طبيعته وخصائصه . ثانيا:بيان أن هذا المنهج يعد نموذجا تطبيقيا واضحا على تقدم المسلمين في مجال نقد النصوص والمصادر القديمة بغية التحري والتثبت والإستقصاء للوصول إلى الحقيقـة. ويمكن تلخيص أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليه من هذه الدراسة في النقاط التالية : 1- يمثل منهج إمام الحرمين الجويني في نقد مصادر اليهود (التوراة) نموذجا تطبيقيا واضحا على تقدم المسلمين في مجال نقد النصوص والمصادر القديمة بغية التحري والتثبت والاستقصاء للوصول إلى الحقيقـة وكشف ما بتلك النصوص من التحريف والتبديل . 2- إثبات الإمام الجويني أن التوراة الحالية والمحرفة هي توراة عزرا الوراق فمصدرها بشري ،وليست من تأليف موسى عليه السلام كما ادّعى هؤلاء ، ولم تكن من الوحي ولا مصدرها إلهي . الكلمات المفتاحية: منهج ، نقد ، الجويني ، مصادر ، اليهودية . Summary: This research aims to reveal one of the approaches of Muslim scholars in responding to the People of the Book, which is the approach of Imam Al-Juwayni. And if the general approach of these Muslim scholars revolves around revealing the differences, contradictions and errors that exist in the sources of Jews and Christians and in their beliefs, then we consider the approach of Imam al-Juwayni as one of the methods of these Muslim scholars and thinkers in responding to the People of the Book, and it prompted me to choose al-Juwayni’s approach from among the approaches of these scholars. First: My great admiration for the personality of the Imam, his encyclopedic culture, and his critical tendency in particular. Second: Al-Juwayni is considered one of the first scholars in studying and criticizing the sources and beliefs of the People of the Book, as his critical approach was influenced by all those who came after him who were interested in criticizing the sources of Jews and Christians, such as Abu Hamid Al-Ghazali, Imam Al-Qarafi and the mercy of God Al-Hindi and others. So it is worth research and study. In this brief study, we try to show the approach of the Imam and his method in dealing with the sources of the Jewish religion (the Torah) and criticizing them by asking some questions: What is meant by Al-Juwayni's approach in criticizing the sources of Judaism (the Torah)? What are the steps of this approach? Is it focused on external criticism, i.e. the formal aspect only, or does it also include internal criticism (textual)?. We aim behind this research first: to introduce Al-Juwayni's critical approach to the sources of Judaism represented in the Torah and to reveal its nature and characteristics. Second: A statement that this approach is a clear applied model for the progress of Muslims in the field of criticism of ancient texts and sources in order to investigate, verify and investigate to reach the truth. The most important results that we reached from this study can be summarized in the following points: 1- The approach of Imam Al-Haramayn Al-Juwayni in criticizing the sources of the Jews (the Torah) represents a clear applied model on the progress of Muslims in the field of criticism of ancient texts and sources in order to investigate, verify and investigate to reach the truth and reveal what is in that Texts of distortion and switching. 2- Imam al-Juwayni’s proof that the current and distorted Torah is the Torah of Ezra al-Warraq, so its source is human, and it is not composed by Moses, peace be upon him, as these claimed, and it was not from revelation nor from a divine source.
