الملخص
الملخص: للوقوف على دور المدرسة في كشف ورعاية الطفل المتفوق والمتميز في البيئة الجزائرية، ارتأينا إلى إجراء هذه الدراسة من خلال المنهج الوصفي التحليلي على عينة من المعلمين والمدراء القائمين على رعاية هؤلاء التلاميذ، وعن طريق أداة أعدت من قبل الباحثان، تمثلت في استبيان موجه للمعلمين، حيث توصلت نتائج هذه الدراسة إلى أن للمدرسة دور كبير وفعال في اكتشاف ورعاية الأطفال المتفوقين والمتميزين إذا ما فُعلت عدة جوانب لرعاية هذا الطفل والحفاظ على موهبته وتوجيهها التوجيه الصحيح. الكلمات المفتاحية: الطفل المتفوق والموهوب، المدرسة، المعلم. Abstract: To stand on the role of the school in exposing and fostering the superior and distinct child in the Algerian environment, we decided to conduct this study through using the analytical, descriptive approach on a sample of teachers and principles engaged in caring for these students, and through the use of a tool that is made by the researchers which is a questionnaire directed to teachers. The results of this study concluded that the school plays a big and effective role in discovering and fostering superior and distinct children only if it activated several aspects to care for this child, maintain his talent, and guide it towards the right direction.
