كفالة المساواة الفعلية بين الرجل والمرأة من حيث ترقية الحقوق السياسية وفقا لأحكام اتفاقية سيداو

الملخص
اعتمدت الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التميز ضد المرأة بسنة 1979 التي أطرت و كفِّلت من خلالها التساوي في الحقوق في شتى المجالات لا سيما منها السياسية لأجل تمكين المرأة مباشرة كافة الحقوق المكفولة لها وفقا للقوانين الوطنية و الدولية. حضي موضوع حقوق المرأة الأهمية البالغة لما لهذه الأخيرة من دور فعال في المجتمع من جهة، والسعي لتكريس وحماية حقوقها السياسية التي كفلتها العديد من الاتفاقيات الدولية وتم تجسيدها من خلال التشريعات الوطنية. وعليه سعت هذه الاتفاقيات إلى تعزيز الدور الأساسي للمرأة في الحياة السياسية من خلال دسترته ومنح المرأة المكانة التي ربما كانت حكرا على الرجال دون سواهم وحرمانها من ممارسة هذه الحقوق يؤثر نوعا ما سلبا على الحياة السياسية بوجه عام. على هذا الأساس فإنه أصبح لزاما ترقية حقوق المرأة السياسية تحقيقا لمبدأ المساواة بينها وبين الرجال في هذا المجال The United Nations General Assembly adopted in 1979 the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, in which it developed and guaranteed equal rights in all fields, including the political field, to empower women directly to all their rights under national and international law. The theme of women’s rights has been of paramount importance for their active role in society, on the one hand, and the effort to enshrine and protect their political rights guaranteed by numerous international conventions and embodied in national legislation. These conventions therefore sought to strengthen the fundamental role of women in political life by means of its Constitution and by granting women the status which could have been the exclusive prerogative of men and by depriving them of the exercise of these rights has a certain The European Parliament’s Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Consumer Protection. On this basis, it was necessary to promote women’s political rights in order to achieve the principle of equality between women and men in this field.
