The Role Of E-management In Applying Governance Principles -case Study- Algeria Telecom Company

Abstract

Abstract: This Study sought to determine the role of electronic management in applying Governance principles in Algeria Telecom company, the study has an independent variable (Electronic Management) and a dependent variable (Governance principles). The researchers relied on SPSS statistical method. The study has reached the following conclusions: There was a statistically significant role of Electronic Management and all its dimensions (Electronic Planning, Electronic Organization, Electronic control, Electronic Leadership) in applying governance principles. الملخص بالعربية خلاصة: سعت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد دور الإدارة الإلكترونية في تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة في شركة الاتصالات الجزائرية ، حيث تحتوي الدراسة على متغير مستقل (الإدارة الإلكترونية) ومتغير تابع (مبادئ الحوكمة). اعتمد الباحثون على المنهج الإحصائي SPSS. توصلت الدراسة إلى الاستنتاجات التالية: كان هناك دور ذو دلالة إحصائية للإدارة الإلكترونية بجميع أبعادها (التخطيط الإلكتروني ، التنظيم الإلكتروني ، التحكم الإلكتروني ، القيادة الإلكترونية) في تطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة.
