الملخص
يعكس واقع الممارسة وجود إشكالات ومعضلات سياسية واجتماعية وثقافية، يبُرز بأن حضور المرأة في مختلف مراكز القرار يضلمحدودا، ولا يعكس كفاءاتها وإمكانياتها. لذلك جاءت هذه الدراسة لتلقي الضوء على تلك العلاقة الترابطية بين تمكين المرأة واقتصاديات قوية من حيث إعادة مراجعة المنظومة القانونية والأطر المؤسساتية للدولة حتى تستجيب للاستغلال الأمثل للطاقات الكامنة للنوع الاجتماعي، وهو ما جاءت به المادة 68 من التعديل الدستوري 2020 مكملة لنهج المؤسس الدستوري الجزائري المتعلق بضرورة الوصول الى مجتمع يحترم المرأة ويعترف بقدراتها العلمية والمهنية وفق مبدأ المناصفة. The reality of practice reflects the existence of political, social and cultural problems and dilemmas, lighting that the presence of women in various decision-making positions remains limited, and does not reflect their competent ion and capabilities. Therefore, this study came to shed light on that interrelationship between women’s empowerment and strong economies in terms of re-reviewing the legal system and institutional frameworks of the latent energies of gender, This what article 68 of the 2020 Algerian constitutional founder regarding the need to reach a society that respects women and recognizes their scientific and professional capabilities in accordance with the principle of party.
