مؤشرات التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة في العراق Indicators Of Women's Economic Empowerment In Iraq

الملخص
يسعى البحث الى دراسة مؤشرات التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة العراقية التي لا تزال متدنية في مجالاتها(الصحية:التذبذب الحاصل في معدل وفيات الأمهات) و(التعليمية: إرتفاع معدل الأمية بين صفوف النساء الريفيات/ نسبة التحاقهن بالتعليم بعيدة عن المساواة مقارنة بالذكور) و(سوق العمل:انخفاض معدل مشاركتها في النشاط الاقتصادي مقترنة بارتفاع معدلات البطالة والعمالة الناقصة) و(المشاركة السياسية وصنع القرار:انخفاض نسبة المرشحات الى الرجال في انتخابات مجلس النواب مع تدني حصتهن من المناصب الوزارية) وذلك لمعوقات عدة منها(تناقض تشريعات العمل الصحافة ووسائل الاعلام/ارتفاع معدلات الزواج المبكر/ارتفاع تسرب الفتيات من المدارس،،،الخ)،وتوصلت الى نتائج عدة أهمها(بناء ثقافة مجتمعية تقوم على مبدأ التعاون بين الجميع/زيادة الانفاق الصحي/إعادة تفعيل قوانين إلزامية التعليم/،،الخ). The research seeks to study the indicators of economic empowerment of Iraqi women which are still debased in their fields ( health : fluctuations in maternal mortality rate). ( Educational : the high illiteracy rate among rural women/the rate of their enrollment in education is far from equal compared to males. ( Lbour market : its low rate of participation in economic activity coupled with high rates of unemployment and underemployment) . ( Political participation and decision-making ; the percentage of women candidates to men decreases in the Parliament elections with a low share of ministerial positions). This is due to several obstacles ; including: contradiction of labor legislation, press and media/high rates of early marriage/the high dropout of girls from schools etc.).The study reached several results, the most important of which are : ( Building a societal culture based on the principle of cooperation among all / increasing health spending / reactivating compulsory education laws /.. etc)
