الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة لقياس أثر العولمة المالية على مستوى التنمية البشرية في الجزائر، وهذا خلال فترة ممتدة من 2000-2019، ونظرا لديناميكية العولمة المالية تم استخدام نموذج قياسي والمتمثل في نموذج الانحدار الذاتي لفترات الإبطاء الموزعة .(Ardl) وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مؤشر الفعلي للعولمة المالية له تأثير سلبي على مؤشر التنمية البشرية في المدى الطويل، في حين لا يوجد أي تأثير لمؤشر القانوني للعولمة المالية على مؤشر التنمية البشرية في المدى الطويل، وأوصت الدراسة أن الاستفادة من مزايا العولمة المالية تتطلب توافر بعض الشروط والتي من أهمها تطوير الأنظمة المالية.This study aims to measure the impact of financial globalization on the level of human development in Algeria, during the period from 2000-2019 .due to the dynamics of financial globalization, a econometrics model was used, which is the self-regression model for distributed slowdowns )Ardl( The results of the study found that the facto index of financial globalization has a negative impact on the Human Development Index in the long term, while there is no effect of the jure index of financial globalization on the Human Development Index in the long term, The study recommended that taking advantage of the benefits of financial globalization requires the availability of certain conditions, the most important of which is the development of financial systems.
