دور المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تحقيق التنمية المحلية في الجزائر

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة لتحديد مدى مساهمة المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تحقيق المؤشرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للتنمية المحلية في الجزائر، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أن المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر تساهم في توظيف ما يقارب (18،55%) و(23،32%) من مجموع القوة العاملة في الجزائر، والمساهمة في الناتج المحلي خارج قطاع المحروقات بنسبة تتراوح بين (61،90%) و(68،09%)، وكذا المساهمة في القيمة المضافة بنسبة تتراوح مابين (13،23%) و(18،17%). وأوصت الدراسة في الأخير بضرورة وضع إستراتيجية واضحة من أجل ترقية المؤسسات الاقتصادية بصفة عامة والمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بصفة خاصة كونها عصب الاقتصاد الوطني. Abstract This study aims to determine the contribution of SMEs to the achievement of economic and social indicators of local development in Algeria. The study found that small and medium enterprises in Algeria contribute to the employment of approximately 18.55% and 23.32% (61.90%) and (68.09%), as well as contributing to the value added of 13.23% and 18.17% respectively. The study recommended the need to develop a clear strategy for the promotion of economic institutions in general and small and medium enterprises in particular as the nerve of the national economy. Résumé L'objectif de cette étude est de déterminer la contribution des PME à la réalisation d'indicateurs économiques et sociaux du développement local en Algérie et de constater que les petites et moyennes entreprises algériennes contribuent à l'emploi d'environ 18,55% et 23,32%. (61,90%) et (68,09%), tout en contribuant à la valeur ajoutée de 13,23% et 18,17% respectivement. L'étude a recommandé la nécessité d'élaborer une stratégie claire pour la promotion des institutions économiques en général et des petites et moyennes entreprises en particulier en tant que nerf de l'économie nationale.
