الأمن الغذائي ودوره في استقرار الدولة والمجتمع (مقاربة إسلامية) Food Security And Its Role In The Stability Of The State And Society (an Islamic Approach)

الملخص
ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إبراز مدى إجماع الهيئات الإقليمية والعالمية في تعريفاتها وشروحاتها لمفهوم الأمن الغذائي، على أنه يُقصد به تأمين الغذاء الصحي والموثوق به لجميع البشر، بصفة دائمة ومستقرّة. كما يهدف أيضا إلى بيان أهمية الأمن الغذائي للفرد والمجتمع والدولة، من خلال تحليل أبعاده، وتداعيات انعدامه على مجالات الأمن المختلفة، وبيان أهم مقوماته ومرتكزاته، وآليات تجسيده الفعلي، وذلك بمقاربة إسلامية تمّ التعرّض فيها لمدى عناية الإسلام بالإنسان وحقّه في غذاء صحي وآمن، والترغيب في الأخذ بالأسباب لتطوير وتحسين وتنويع إنتاج الغذاء حيث اُستخدِم المنهج التاريخي والوصفي باستدعاء تجارب الأقوام السابقة في طرق تأمين الغذاء من خلال تحليل مضمون بعض الأيات من القرآن الكريم، وبعض أحاديث السنة النبوية الشريفة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأمن الغذائي، الغذاء الصحي الآمن، الغذاء في الإسلام، التبعية الغذائية، الفجوة الغذائية، الفجوة التغذوية. ABSTRACT : Central to this research is to idicate that regional and global Organizations in their definitions and explications of food security’s meaning that it aims to permanently and steadily insurance a healthy and trusted food for all people. This paper aims as well to exhibit the importance of food security for the idividual, society and the state through analyzing its dimensions and the repercussions of its absence on various security areas, then a statement of its most important components and foundations, and the mechanisms of its actual embodiment, with an Islamic approach in which the extent of Islam’s care for man and its right to healthy and safety food. And the encouragement to take reasons for developing, improving and diversifying food production, in which the historical and descriptive method are used by reminiscing the experiences of previous peoples in ways of securing food by analyzing the content of some verses from the Holy Qur’an, and some hadiths of the honorable Prophetic Sunnah.
