ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى تسليط الضوء على مشكلة الأمن الفكري في الجزائر ، من خلال إبراز مدى اهتمام الأمة الجزائرية بالبناء الفكري عبر محطات مختلفة من تاريخها الثقافي والسياسي، كما يهدف أيضا إلى تعزيز الأمن الفكري لما له من أهمية وتأثير على جميع القطاعات والمجالات في الدولة. بدأ البناء الفكري في الجزائر مبكّرا وبصورة عفوية في أوساط الشعب بغرض مواجهة واقع الاحتلال الفرنسي، وبعد الاستقلال، رفضت النخبة الجزائرية الأحادية في الرأي والتفكير، وناضلت من أجل الانعتاق الفكري والسياسي. ثم تمّ التأسيس لأمن فكري جزائري عبر وسائل وآليات مختلفة، كما ساهم التباين الفكري والأيديولوجي بين التيارات المختلفة في ظهور بوادر للصراع الفكري على الساحة السياسية، أدّى في الأخير إلى نشوء الظاهرة الإرهابية في الجزائر، واجهتها الدولة بانتهاج مقاربة متكاملة توجّت بتجسيد ميثاق السلم والمصالحة، ووضع حدّ لعشرية المأساة الوطنية. كلمات مفتاحية: الأمن الفكري، الانحراف الفكري، البناء الفكري، المقاربة الجزائرية لمكافحة الإرهاب. Abstract: This research aims to shed light on the problem of intellectual security in Algeria, by highlighting the extent of the Algerian nation's interest in intellectual construction through various stages of its cultural and political history. It also aims to enhance intellectual security for its importance and impact on all sectors and fields in the state. Intellectual construction began early in Algeria and spontaneously among the people in order to confront the reality of the French occupation. After independence, the Algerian elite rejected unilateralism in opinion and thought, and struggled for intellectual and political emancipation. Then, the establishment of Algerian intellectual security was done through various means and mechanisms. The intellectual and ideological differences between the different currents also contributed to the emergence of signs of intellectual conflict in the political arena, which eventually led to the emergence of the terrorist phenomenon in Algeria. The state confronted it with an integrated approach that culminated in the embodiment of the Charter for Peace and Reconciliation, and putting an end to the decade of national tragedy.
