الملخص
مة فرق كبير بين الزواج والعملية التناسلية، فإن الزواج هو نواة المجتمع،و أصل وجوده، وهو القانون الطبيعي الذي يسير العالم على نظامه، والسنة الكونية التي تجعل للحياة قيمة وتقديرا وقد سماه الرحمن بالميثاق الغليظ " وأخذن منكم ميثاقا غليظا"، ومن أجل ذلك حرمت الأديان كلها الزنا وأغلظت عليها العقوبة في الدنيا والآخرة، وما فشا الزنا في أمة إلا كتب الله عليها الفناء في كيانها، والضياع في أسرها، ولانحلال في أخلاقها، وصارت قوما بورا. Abstract ; There is a big difference between marriage and the reproductive process, marriage is the nucleus of society, the origin of its existence, the natural law that walks the world on its system, and the universal year that makes life valuable and appreciated, and which Rahman has called the Great Charter.
