الملخص
الملخص: جاءت هذه الدراسة لتبيّن أنّ قضية البيئة والمحاضة عليها من القضايا التي تهم الجميع، أفراداً وجامعات، حكومات ومجتمعات، وذلك لظهور مشكلات بيئية مختلفة تهدد الحياة البشرية، مما يفرض على الحكومات والمجتمع المدني ضرورة الاهتمام بالبيئة بصفة عاجلة. وتتشارك جمعيات المجتمع المدني الحكومة في المحافظة على البيئة وحمايتها وذلك من خلال عدة أدوار تقوم بها، بل وقد تفوق الحكومة في بعض المجالات، وذلك لما تتمتع به من حرية اختيار النشاطات الملائمة والمقامة لبلوغ هدفها، فلها أن تختار العمل التوعوي والتطوعي الميداني أو أن تركز على اتصالها بالمنتخبين المحليين وتلعب دور المنبه والمراقب للكشف عن الانتهاكات التي تمس البيئة أو تلجأ إلى طرق الطعن القضائية. Abstract: This study came to show that the issue of the environment and the advocacy of it is one of the issues that concern everyone, individuals and universities, governments and societies, due to the emergence of various environmental problems that threaten human life, which imposes on governments and civil society the need to pay attention to the environment urgently. Civil society associations participate with the government in preserving and protecting the environment through several roles that it plays. It may even outperform the government in some areas, due to its freedom to choose appropriate activities to achieve its goal. It may choose field awareness and volunteer work or focus on It communicates with the local elected officials and plays the role of a warning and observer to detect violations that affect the environment or resort to judicial appeals. Résumé : Cette étude est venue montrer que la question de l'environnement et sa défense est l'une des questions qui concernent tout le monde, individus et universités, gouvernements et sociétés, en raison de l'émergence de divers problèmes environnementaux qui menacent la vie humaine, qui imposent aux gouvernements et la société civile la nécessité d'accorder une attention urgente à l'environnement. Les associations de la société civile participent avec le gouvernement à la préservation et à la protection de l'environnement à travers plusieurs rôles qu'il joue. Il peut même surpasser le gouvernement dans certains domaines, en raison de sa liberté de choisir des activités appropriées pour atteindre son objectif.
