الملخص

• ملخص : شكلت مسألة ترقية دور المرأة في مجال ريادة الاعمال في الجزائر إحدى أهم الاولويات التي تسعى الحكومة الجزائرية الى تحقيقها،من خلال دعائم قانونية ومؤسساتية وبرامج من شأنها مرافقة إدماج المرأة في سوق الاعمال ،حاولت الدراسة معالجة ومقاربة هذه الجهود قانونيا ومؤسساتيا ،بالتعرض لأهم الاطر القانونية والمؤسسات الداعمة للمقاولة النسوية في الجزائر والرامية لتهيئة المناخ المناسب لذلك،رغم هذا فعلى مدى مرور أزيد من عقدين من الزمن من التجربة يسجل استمرارية الاختلال بين حجم هذه الجهود وضآلة التواجد النسوي في مجال المقاولاتية في الجزائر.كما خلصت الدراسة الى أن هذه الاسس والدعائم القانونية والمؤسساتية ذات اهمية وضرورية ،لكن قد تصبح غير كافية في ظل استمرارية جملة من العراقيل والتحديات التي تحول دون إقبال المرأة على المقاولاتية ،كما ان نجاحها يبقى مرهونا بتجاوزها.وضعية تستدعي مزيدا من الدراسات لمعرفة أسباب الخلل واستدراكها Abstruct: The promotion of women's role in entrepreneurship in Algeria was one of the main priorities of the Algerian Government. through legal and institutional pillars and programmes to accompany women's integration into the labour market, The study attempted to address and approach these efforts legally and institutionally, exposing to the most important legal frameworks and institutions supportive of women's entrepreneurship in Algeria aimed at creating the right climate for this. Nevertheless, over more than two decades of experience marks the continuing imbalance between the magnitude of these efforts and women's limited presence in the field of contracting in Algeria. The study also concluded that these legal and institutional foundations and pillars are important and necessary, but may become inadequate under the persistence of a variety of obstacles and challenges to women's access to entrepreneurship, and their success depends on their overreach. A situation requiring further studies to identify and rectify the causes of the imbalance
