الملخص
يدرس هذا المقال مشاركات الجالية الجزائرية في المهجر-التي يُصطلح عليها " الشتات"- في عملية دعم الهياكل المالية للدولة الأم، من خلال تحويل جزء أو إجمالي ما بحوزتهم من مخصصات مالية إلى مشاريع تنموية يتم تجسيدها في بلدانهم الأصلية، أكانت مشاريع عائلية أو تنموية أو في شكل هبات. لقد ظل موضوع الشتات عبر الزمن محوريا في الحقل الاجتماعي-الاقتصادي، وهذا لأهمية مجتمعات الشتات في تعزيز التمويل العمومي باعتباره التزام مجتمعي إزاء الوطن الأم الذي تُمليه مقاربات الاقتصاد السياسي في ظل الاحتكام للرغبة في العودة إلى الأصل، بالإضافة إلى بناء المجتمعات عبر الحدود وتوطيد مشاعر الانتماء وتمتين أواصر الهويات المُجزأة. Abstract: This article examines the contributions of the Algerian Diaspora community in supporting the financial structures of the homeland country by transferring part or all of their financial allocations to development projects that are embodied in their countries of origin, whether family, development or in the form of donations. The issue of diaspora over time has been pivotal to the socio-economic field, because diaspora communities are important in promoting public finance as a community commitment to the homeland via the political economy approaches, in light of resorting to the desire to return to the original country, in addition to building communities across borders and consolidate feelings of belonging and strengthen the bonds of identities fragmented.
