التموين بالسلاح خلال حرب التحرير بالولاية الثالثة 1954-1962

الملخص
واجه حرب التحرير بعد اندلاعها اشكالية عويصة تمثلت قي مشكل التموين والتسليح، وذلك لما يشكله من أهمية قصوى لمواصلة مشروع الكفاح، فلم تحد منطقة القبائل التي عرفت بعد مؤتمر الصومام "بالولاية الثالثة" عن باقي الولايات التاريخية الخمس، فسعت قيادة الولاية الى البحث عن طرق ناجعة لحل المشكل الذي أرقها رغم ما أضفى به مؤتمر الصومام من قرارات في ذات الشأن، فحشدت كل الطاقات لتوفيره برا للموقع الجغرافي الداخلي للولاية الثالثة، فكان حظها من التسليح الحدودي ضعيفا نظرا للصعوبات التي تحيط بعملية البعثات بسبب خطي شال وموريس المكهربة، أو بسبب ماحدث من قلاقل داخلية للولاية الأولى، الأمر الذي أثر في عملية التموين للداخل. الا أن قدرات قادة الولاية عالجت الأمر سواء بالتمويل الذاتي أو بالقوافل التي كانت تبعث الى الحدود لجلب السلاح مثل عبور كتيبة بقيادة" محمد القبايلي"، واخرى بقيادة "يوسف لطرش"، وقافلة بقيادة شمام عمار وغيرها The abstract The war of liberation faced a serious problem after its declaration; it was a problem of supply and armament which was very important to continue the struggle project, the Kabylia region which was known after the Soummam Conference as “The third stats”, was also part of that problem as the rest of the five historical states. So, the state leadership searches for effective ways to solve the problem in spite of the decisions made by the Soummam Conference in this regard. All capacities were mobilized to provide land for the internal geographical locations of the third states. Its luck in border armament was very poor due to the difficulties that surrounded the operation of the missions because of the electrified lines of Charles and Morris, or because of the internal disturbances happened in the first state, and this affected the supply inside it. However, the capabilities of the state leaders dealt with the problem whether by self- financing or by convoys that were sent to the borders to bring weapons as the crossing battalion led by “Mohmmed El- Kbaili” and other led by “Youcef Latrech” and a convoy led by “Chammam Ammar”, and others…
