الهجرة المشدالية نحو فرنسا ما بين الحربين: دراسة من خلال الأرشيف الفرنسي

الملخص
شهدت مشدالة ظاهرة الهجرة، بسبب الظروف الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي عاشتها في ظل الاحتلال الفرنسي فيما بين الحربين، وتعد الدراسة مهمة لمحاولتها الغوص في التاريخ المحلي المجهري اعتمادا على الأرشيف بالدرجة الأولى سواء ارشيف فرنسا او الارشيف المحلي و الوطني الدراسة حيث سمحت لنا بالوقوف عند بعض النقاط وهي تاريخ بداية الهجرة بمشدالة الى فرنسا وكيف تطورت؟ فئاتها، وما انعكاساتها الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية و النفسية؟ حيث عرفت المنطقة نوعين من الهجرة، داخلية وخارجية، وإن كان للجوار دور هامّ في الهجرة الأولى، فالثانية ارتبطت بما خلّفته السياسة الفرنسية من مصادرة للأراضي، وتشريد للعائلات فيما بين الحربين ، والتي لا يمكن معالجتها، إلا إذا حصرنا أهمّ موجاتها والشرائح التي مسّتها والدّور الذي لعبته؟ ويبقى جوهر الإشكال مرتبطا بأبعاد هذه الهجرة، السياسية، والاجتماعية منها في بلورة فكرة الكفاح الوطني. Mchedellah witnessed the phenomenon of immigration, due to the economic and social conditions that it lived under the French occupation between the two wars, and the study is important for its attempt to delve into the microscopic local history, depending on the archive in the first place, whether the French archive or the local and national archives. The study allowed us to stand at some points, namely the date of the beginning of the migration in Mchedellah to France and how did it develop? Its categories and what are its social, economic, political and psychological implications? As the region knew two types of migration, internal and external, although the neighborhood played an important role in the first migration, the second was related to what the French policy left in terms of confiscation of lands and displacement of families between the two wars, which cannot be addressed, unless we limit the most important waves, the segments that affected them, and the role that His game? The essence of the problem remains related to the political and social dimensions of this migration in crystallizing the idea of the national struggle. Mchedellah été témoin du phénomène de la migration, en raison des conditions économiques et sociales dans lesquelles il a vécu sous l'occupation française entre les deux guerres, et l'étude est importante pour sa tentative de plonger dans l'histoire microscopique locale, en fonction des archives en premier lieu.
