وضع المصطلح في اللغة العربية واللغات الهندوأوروبية وعلاقته بالاكتفاء المصطلحي

الملخص
ما نعيشه ونستلهم منه التغيير هو العالم المتسارع والتطوّر التكنولوجي مع الانفجار المعلوماتي الرّهيب، والتأثر والتداخل اللغوي بين اللغات والتسابق نحو إثبات الوجود لهذا الكائن الاجتماعي الذي له علاقة وثيقة بتطوّر المجتمع والتي لها دور كبير في النقل الحضاري والتكنولوجي على مستوى النظريات والتطبيقات اللغوية الحديثة، من خلال الطاقات التعبيرية والخصائص اللغوية التي تحملها لغات الشعوب ووضع مصطلحاتها وفق مقتضيات العصر الحديث؛ منها اللغة العربية واللغات الهندوأوروبية والتلاقح الذي سطره القرب التاريخي والجغرافي خصوصا في مجال علم المصطلح المقارن، وطرائق وضعه والتركيز على ضبط المفاهيم وتوحيد المصطلحات، ما من شأنه تنمية الطاقة التعبيرية على صعيد الابداع والإنتاج اللغوي رغم التباين، لكن الاجتهاد اللغوي غير كاف لتحقيق الاكتفاء المصطلحي، بل للاجتهاد العلمي في شتى مناحي الحياة من شأنه أن يحقق الأمن العلمي واللغوي على حدّ سواء، من باب من يعاني من التبعية العلمية سيعاني من تبعية مصطلحية موازية. Rather scientific jurisprudence in various walks of life would achieve both scientific and linguistic security, on the part of those who suffer from scientific dependency will suffer from a parallel terminological dependency.
