الشباب والتفاعلات الرّقمية: سجالات خطاب الكراهية في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي تحت المجهر

الملخص
انتشرت عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي خطابات الكراهية مستهدفة النظام الاجتماعي الأخلاقي، وزادت سطوتها من خلال استغلال شريحة الشباب الذي اتخذ منها منبرا للتفاعلات الرقمية، ونحاول في هذه الدراسة الكشف عن دور تفاعلات الشباب في انتشار محتوى خطابات الكراهية والعنف، واستخدمت الدراسة أداة الاستبيان الإلكتروني لعينة متكوّنة من 150 طالبة وطالبة. وتوصّلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تفاعلا نشيطا بين الشباب، وأن الفيسبوك زاد من مناقشاتهم حول مواضيع خطابات الكراهية، كمأ انهم يستخدمون هويّات رقمية وهمية في التفاعل مع هذه الخطابات، وكشفت الدراسة أن أغلبية الشباب يتفاعلون مع خطابات التسامح على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. Hate speeches have spread through social media targeting the moral social system, and their power has increased by exploiting the youth segment, which has taken them as a platform for digital interactions. In this study, we try to reveal the role of youth interactions in the spread of hate speech and violence content. 150 female students. The study found that there is an active interaction between young people, and that Facebook has increased their discussions on the topics of hate speech, as they use fake digital identities in interacting with these speeches, and the study revealed that the majority of young people interact with speeches of tolerance on social media.
