الملخص
ملخص: هدفت الدراسة إلى تقدير دالة الاستهلاك في دول المغرب العربي للفترة 1980-2019، باستخدام بيانات البانل وفي إطار التحليل الساكن والديناميكي. وأظهرت نتائج التحليل الساكن ملاءمة نموذج التأثيرات العشوائية وأن مصدر الاختلاف بين الدول عينة الدراسة هو المتغير العشوائي. أما نتائج التحليل الديناميكي فأظهرت علاقة إيجابية ومعنوية بين نصيب الفرد من الاستهلاك النهائي ونصيب الفرد من إجمالي الدخل الوطني وإجمالي الدين الحكومي في الأجلين القصير والطويل، بينما كانت العلاقة سلبية ومعنوية مع نصيب الفرد من الادخار الكلي في الأجل الطويل، وغير معنوية في الأجل القصير. Abstract: This study aimed to estimate the consumption function in Arab Maghreb Countries during 1980-2019. The study employed the panel data Model, within the frame work of static and dinamic panel. This study reached that the best appropriate model, within the frame work result of static analysis of panel data is the REM, and the main difference between these countries refers the random variable. This, while the dinamic analysis showed a positive and significant relationship between per capita final consumption and per capita gross national income and total government debt in the short and long run, while the relationship was negative and significant with per capita total savings in the long run, and insignificant in the short run.
