الملخص
تستهدف هذه الدراسة تتبّع النشاطات الأولى لجمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين في بعض مناطق الجنوب الجزائري خلال الفترة السّابقة للحرب العالمية الثانية، بغية إبراز الاستراتيجية التي حذتها في ذلك، وكذا لتأكيد حرصها الشديد على أن يشمل الفعل الإصلاحي كل ربوع الجزائر مهما كانت الصعوبات والعراقيل، وأيضا للإشادة ببعض من تفاعلوا مع ذلك النشاط وشاركوا فيه في بدايته من أهل تلك المناطق المشار إليها. تسعى الدّراسة أيضا إلى التعريف بشخصية الشيخ عبد العزيز بن محمد الهاشمي لأنّه كان مُدبّر وقائد أحداث وادي سوف (1937 ــ 1938) بكل جُرأة وبأس واقدام في منطقة خاضعة لقوانين استثنائية، والتي نعتتها التقارير الاستعمارية بالخطيرة، وأيضا بسبب شخصيته الفضولية، والطّموحة والبارعة العقل، وموقعه الاجتماعي ومكانته الدينية، وتاريخ عائلته المشهود لها بالنضال ومقارعة المستعمر بالوسائل المتاحة، وأيضا بسبب ايمانه الرّاسخ بضرورة انتشار مبادئ جمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين في البلاد، التي كان أحد أعضائها، بدليل أنّه جدّ واجتهد في ذلك الاتجاه بمنطقة الوادي وغيرها بوسائل شتّى.. This study aims to trace the first activities of the Association of Algerian Muslim Uléma, in certain regions of southern Algeria, before the Second World War; In order to highlight the strategy it followed in this. Thus to confirm his stubbornness To include all regions of Algeria in its reformist action, whatever the difficulties and obstacles, and to pay tribute to some of those who interacted in this activity, and participated in it at its beginnings, among the inhabitants regions of southern Algeria. The study also aims to present the personality of Sheikh Abdul Aziz ben Mohammed Al-Hashemi, as he was the mastermind and leader of the events of Wed- Souf (1937 - 1938) with daring, bravery in a region still subject to exceptional laws, also because of his curious, ambitious and intelligent personality. Sheikh Abdul Aziz took advantage of his social position, religious stature, and his family’s well-known history of struggle and fighting the colonizer with the available means, to defend the principles of the Association of Muslim Scholars in the Wed- Souf region, and to exert pressure and provoke the occupier by claiming rights and making claims.
