الملخص
: صدرت عن الأمير عبد القادر طيلة فترة مقاومته للمحتل زمرة من القرارات والمواقف الفريدة والمتميّزة. ورغم أن ما كتب عن هذه الشخصية الوطنية البارزة غزير وبلغات شتّى (أنظر التعليق رقم1)، إلاّ أنني أعتقد جازما بأنّ مع ذلك لا تزال هناك جوانب من شخصية هذا البطل الرّمز تسترعي الكشف والتجلّي تخصّ بعض الاستراتيجيات العسكرية وبعض المواقف الإنسانية السّامية، ولذلك فهي ثانيا درس وقدوة لكل شعوب العالم بحكم كونه شخصية تتجاوز الزمان والمكان والمشارب والثقافات والمعارف. يُبرز البحث بعض مهارات الأمير عبد القادر العسكرية كاستعماله للعدو كمصدر للسّلاح، بالإضافة إلى ابراز جزء من خطته الهادفة إلى طرد المحتل نهائيا من البلاد عبر مرحلتين: مرحلة الحرب النّفسية ثم الإجهاز العسكري. هذا علاوة على بعض المواقف السّامية والرّفيعة التي تجلّت مع نهاية مقاومته، تخصّ النضج والحكمة والادراك السّليم لثقل المسؤولية، وتجسّد ذلك في مواقف وطنية متميّزة حتى وهو في أصعب محطّة في مسار حياته يُستحسن أن توضع في متناول القارئ الجزائري وغيره. Throughout his resistance to the occupier, Emir Abdelkader delivered a group of unique and distinct decisions and positions. While what has been written about this prominent national figure is abundant and in different languages, I firmly believe that there are nonetheless other aspects of the personality of this symbolic hero that deserve disclosure regarding certain military strategies and of some distinguished humanitarian positions. The Emir Abdelkader is an example for Algerians and all the peoples of the world because he is a personality who transcends time, space, languages and cultures. The research highlights some of the prince's military skills, such as his use of the enemy as a source of weapons, in addition to highlighting part of his plan to expel the occupier from the country in two stages: the stage of psychological warfare then the military end. This is in addition to some of the remarkable attitudes that emerged with the end of his resistance, regarding his high maturity, wisdom and awareness of the weight of responsibility, and this was evident in distinguished national positions, even when he was at the most difficult stage of his life.
