الملخص
الجريمة ظاهرة اجتماعية عالمية رافقت المجتمع الإنساني منذ نشأته فهي من وجهة نظر الباحثين الاجتماعيين تعد سلوكا مغايرا للأعراف الاجتماعية المتعارف عليها في مختلف المجتمعات ، حيث سنت القوانين وحددت العقوبات لمحاربتها والتصدي للمجرمين ، وهناك عوامل وأسباب متعددة تساهم في انتشارها ن حيث أن الإقبال عليها هو نتاج عوامل عديدة متفاعلة فيما بينها ، بداية من العوامل الاجتماعية إلى النفسية و الاقتصادية بالإضافة إلى عوامل أخرى، كما أن السلوك الإجرامي في حياتنا المعاصرة طال ومس مختلف شرائح و فئات المجتمع ومن كلا الجنسين. وفي هذه الورقة البحثية هذه سنتطرق إلى دراسة مشكلة اجتماعية أصبحت تشكل هاجسا لدى العام و الخاص والمتمثلة في تفشي السلوك الإجرامي في الأوساط الاجتماعية ، ولمحاولة فهم أسباب وممارسات السلوك الاجرامي وضعت التساؤلات التالية : ما هي أهم الأسباب والدوافع لإقبال بعض الأشخاص على الجريمة ؟ وهل ممارسة الجريمة من طرف بعض الأفراد هو رد فعل طبيعي للسلك العدواني والعنيف الممارس ضدهم ؟ وما هي أنواعها و أركانها. Crime is a global social phenomenon that has accompanied the human community since its inception. From the point of view of sociologists, it is a behavior that is different from the social norms recognized in various societies, where laws have been enacted and penalties are set to combat it and confront its perpetrators. Many interact with each other, starting from social factors to psychological and economic in addition to other factors, and criminal behavior in our contemporary life has touched different segments and groups of society and of both sexes. In this research paper, we discuss a social problem that has become an obsession for the public and the private sector, which is the spread of criminal behavior in social circles. In order to try to understand the reasons for the practices of criminal behavior, he put the following questions: What are the most important reasons and motives for some people to commit crime? Is the practice of crime by some individuals a natural reaction to the aggressive and violent behavior practiced against them previously since their inception? What are its types and pillars?
