الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان دور الرقابة الأسرية في الحد من استفحال ظاهرة الجريمة الالكترونية في المجتمع الجزائري، باعتبار أن الجريمة الالكترونية من الجرائم المستحدثة التي بدأت في الانتشار في الآونة الأخيرة نتيجة توفر التقنيات الحديثة، والتي أصبحت تثير عدة مشكلات على جميع الأصعدة، وذلك من خلال قيامنا بدراسة على عينة من الأسر الجزائرية قوامها ستون(60) أسرة، اختيرت بطريقة عشوائية من مختلف ولايات الوطن، ولتحقيق الهدف من الدراسة قامت الباحثة بتصميم استبيان أعد لهذا الغرض بعد التأكد من توفره على الخصائص السيكومترية للاختبار الجيد، وبعد جمع المعلومات وتحليل النتائج تبين لنا أن للرقابة الأسرية دور في الحد من استفحال ظاهرة الجريمة الالكترونية في المجتمع الجزائري. This study aims to show the role of family control in reducing the exacerbation of the phenomenon of electronic crime in Algerian society, as electronic crime is one of the new crimes that started to spread recently as a result of the availability of modern technologies, which have raised several problems at all levels, through We conducted a study on a sample of sixty (60) families from Algeria, which were randomly selected from the various states of the country. To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher designed a questionnaire prepared for this purpose after ensuring that it has the psychometric properties of a good test. After collecting information and analyzing the results, it became clear to us that family control plays a role in reducing the escalation of the phenomenon of electronic crime in Algerian society.
