الإعاقة والمعوقين بين التناول النظري والرعاية الاجتماعية Disability And The Handicapped Between The Theoretical Approach And Social Care

الملخص
تعتبر الإعاقة ظاهرة اجتماعية ذات اهتمام خاص في الأوساط العلمية والأكاديمية، وكان ينظر إليها على أنها عاهة مستديمة، بصرف النظر عن نوعها أو درجتها، غير أن الجديد في هذا المفهوم يتلخص في فكرة مفادها أن الشخص الذي يعاني عجزا لا يختلف عن الآخرين بل هو إنسان ذو احتياجات خاصة، ولعل هذا ما سنحاول توضيحه في هذا المقال بتقديم مدخل مفاهيمي حول الإعاقة أنواعها ، والأسباب الكامنة وراء حدوث هذه الظاهرة بالمجتمعات ونسبة حدوثها. وترجع الإعاقة لأسباب وراثية أو بيئية أو عوامل أخرى، فهي تسبب سوء التكيف للمعوق مع مجتمعه، ويترتب عليها مشاكل ترتبط بذاته أو حياته و حياة أسرته ومجتمعه. Disability is a social phenomenon of special interest in scientific and academic circles, However, what is new in this concept is summarized in the idea that a person who suffers from a disability is not different from others, People with special needs only, and perhaps this is what we will try to clarify in this article by providing a conceptual introduction to the types of disability, the reasons behind the occurrence of this phenomenon in societies and the rate of its occurrence. Disability is due to genetic, environmental or other factors. It causes maladaptation of the disabled, and results in problems related to himself or his life and the life of his family and society.
