مقاربات نظرية لظاهرة الجريمة Theoretical Approaches To The Phenomenon Of Crime

الملخص
إن الجريمة ظاهرة لازمت تطور المجتمعات، فكلما تطور المجتمع صناعيا واقتصاديا وتكنولوجيا، تطورت معدلات الإجرام وأخذت أنماطا و أبعادا مختلفة، حيث ترتبط الجريمة ارتباطا وثيقا بأفراد المجتمع وبتطور عاداتهم وتقاليدهم وكذا بتطور المتغيرات الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية والسياسية التي يمر بها أي مجتمع. فالجريمة إذن تعتبر فعلا اجتماعيا صاحب السلوك الإنساني منذ القدم، مما أعطى للفعل الإجرامي أبعادا مختلفة، وعليه فإن تفاسير متعددة شملت هذه الظاهرة عبر درب التاريخ. Crime is not a recent phenomenon, it stands in parallel with the social development. Whenever there is an industrial , economic and technological development, the crime’s average increases, taking various types and dimensions ; because crime is completely related to the members of the society, their customs and traditions, in addition to the impact of the economic, social and political changes.Therefore, the crime is a social act which accompanied the humans’ behavior from the eternity, and this had given different dimensions to the act of crime. In this way, there are many explanations concerning this phenomenon through history.
