دور الأسرة في تعزيز قيم المواطنة داخل المجتمع

الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تحديد دور الأسرة في تعزيز قيم المواطنة داخل المجتمع، باعتبار أن الأسرة من أهم الأنساق الاجتماعية الأولى التي تغرس الروح الوطنية وحب الوطن في نفوس الناشئة في أي مجتمع وهي النظام الذي يتوقع المجتمع منه أداء مجموعة من الوظائف الهامة والضرورية لأعضائه، وتتركز هذه الوظائف في تحقيق وإشباع حاجات أعضائها الفكرية والعاطفية والنفسية والتعليمية والتربوية، فالأسرة تعد الإطار العام الذي يحدد تصرفات أفرادها فهي التي تشكل حياتهم وتضفي عليها خصائصها وطبيعتها، فضلا عن كونها تقود الوعي الاجتماعي والتراث القومي والحضاري، وهي الدعامة التي تقوم عليها عملية التنشئة الاجتماعية، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الأسرة هي المسؤول الأول لإكساب الأبناء قيم المواطنة والالتزام بمبادئ المجتمع وقيمه وقوانينه لتسهيل عملية الانتقال من بيئتهم الأسرية إلى مجتمعهم الذي يحيط بهم، فكلما عززت الأسرة هذه القيمة أكثر كلما ترسخت أكثر للمشاركة الإيجابية والفعالة في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية، عبر تعلم مهارات المواطنة وقيمها خلال المراحل الأولى لحياتهم وممارستها وتنميتها عمليا على أرض الواقع، في ظل مجتمع تسوده الديمقراطية والمساواة والحرية ليكون التكامل والتساند الوظيفي بين الأسرة والمجتمع في تشكيل وانتاج المواطنة This paper aims to identify the role of the family in promoting the values of citizenship within the society, as the family is one of the most important social patterns that instill the national spirit and patriotism in the emerging souls of any society. It is the system from which society expects to perform a range of significant and necessary functions for its members. These functions are focused on achieving and satisfying the intellectual, emotional, psychological, educational and pedagogical needs of the society’s members. The family is therefore the general framework that determines the actions of its members. Moreover, the family shapes their lives and add to it its characteristics and nature, as well as it leads the social awareness in addition to the national and cultural heritage. It is the mainstay of the socialization process. The findings of the study concluded that it is the primary duty of the family to give children the values of citizenship and adhere to the principles of society, its values and laws to facilitate the transition process from their family environment to the society surrounding them. The more the family strengthens this value, the more it takes root for positive and effective participation in social, economic and political development by learning the skills and values of citizenship during the early stages of their lives, exercising and developing them in practice on the ground. This is achieved in a society of democracy, equality and freedom so that integration and functional support between the family and society contribute to the formation and production of citizenship.
