واقع العنف الأسري داخل المجتمع الجزائري

الملخص
تعتبر ظاهرة العنف الأسري مشكلة اجتماعية و أخلاقية بالدرجة الأولى تؤثر على المجتمع و تتأثر به، لذلك فدراستها أصبحت ضرورة أملتها الظروف و الملابسات الاجتماعية و الاقتصادية المختلفة، و التي تسهم في إعادة إنتاج مثل هذه الظواهر التي تندرج ضمن قائمة الأفعال غير السوية، كما أن العنف الأسري في المجتمعات العربية و الإسلامية يختلف بدرجة كبيرة عن المجتمعات الغربية لاعتبارات دينية و اجتماعية، و رغم الاهتمام الملحوظ بدراسة و فهم هذه الظاهرة إلا أن مجتمعاتنا لم تحظ باهتمام كاف من قبل صناع القرار و رجال الدولة بالرغم من سرعة انتشارها به، لذلك بقيت الكثير من جوانبها غامضة و يشوبها التعقيد و عدم الدقة. لذلك حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة التنويه بأشكال العنف الأسري السائدة داخل المجتمع الجزائري و الذي يمارس على المرأة و الأطفال بحكم تراتب بناء القوة داخل هذا النوع من المجتمعات المتميزة باختلاف أنماطه و درجات مستوياته و الذي يأخذ طابعا نسبيا مختلفا في بنائه الاجتماعي و الثقافي ،وكذا محاولة تحديد الأسباب الكامنة وراء بروز هذه الظاهرة واهم اثارها و نتائجها على الفرد و المجتمع ،وخلصنا في الاخير الى اقتراح بعص الاليات كحلول لهذه الظاهرة . وتوصلت الدراسة إلى انه لابد من تضافر الجهود بين الأفراد و المؤسسات ذات العلاقة من خلال العمل وفق آليات واستراتيجيات تربوية ووقائية تهتم بقضية العنف الأسري، والعمل على إصدار التشريعات اللازمة و تفعيل دور الاستشاريين النفسانيين و التربويين بالعمل على تدريب الأسرة على كيفية مواجهة مشكلات العنف بالاعتماد على نشر الثقافة الضرورية حول الحياة الزوجية للحد من انتشار هذه الظاهرة . The phenomenon of family violence is a social and ethical problem that primarily affects the society and is affected by it vice versa. Therefore, its study has become a necessity in view of the various social and economic circumstances, which contribute to the reproduction of such phenomena that fall within the list of irregular deeds. Family violence in Arab and Islamic societies differ significantly from Western societies due to religious and social considerations. Despite the remarkable interest in studying and understanding this phenomenon, our societies have not received sufficient and appropriate attention by the decision-makers and statesmen, despite its rapid spread, so many of its aspects remained obscure, complicated and inaccurate. Therefore, it is important to shed light on the most important reasons for choosing this study to highlight the forms of family violence prevailing in the Algerian society, which is practiced against women and children by virtue of the hierarchies of building power within this type of communities characterized by different patterns and levels, which takes a relatively different character in its social and cultural construction. As well as trying to identify the reasons behind the emergence of such phenomenon in addition to the most significant effects and consequences on both individual and society, where we finally concluded to suggest some mechanisms as solutions to this phenomenon. The study reached the necessity and the need to combine and unify efforts between individuals and related institutions through working in accordance with educational and preventive mechanisms and strategies concerned with the issue of family violence, as well as working on the necessary legislation and activating the role of psychological and educational counselors by working to train the family on how to deal with violence problems by relying on dissemination of the necessary culture about marital life to reduce the spread of this phenomenon.
