الملخص
تهدف هذه الدّراسة إلى التّحقق من الكتاب الأصل الذي اختصر منه ابن الحاجب كتابه الموسوم (بمنتهى الوصول والأمل في علمي الأصول والجدل)، وهذا بجمع الأقوال التي قيلت في ذلك ، سواء كانت من المتقدّمين أو من المعاصرين، وعرض أدلّتها ، وبيان ما يرد عليها، ومناقشتها للوصول بعد هذا للرّاجح في أصل (المنتهى). وقد توصلت إلى أن الأقوال التي قيلت في المسألة هي ثلاثة: الأوّل: أن أصل (المنتهى) هو (الإحكام) للآمدي، والثّاني: أنَّه أصل بذاته، والثّالث: أنَّ أصله كتابي الآمدي (منتهى السول) و(غاية المرام). والراجح منها: هو القول الأول، وهذا لقوة الشواهد والأدلَّة القائمة برجحانيَّته. This study aims to verify the original book from which Ibn al-Hajeb summarized his book marked (with the utmost reach and hope in the knowledge of origins and controversy), and this is by collecting the sayings that were said about it, whether from the advanced or from the contemporary, presenting their evidence, explaining what is presented to them, and discussing them , To reach after this to preponderate the origin of the end.And I have concluded that the sayings that have been said on the issue are three: The first: that the origin of (al-Muntaha) is (Al-Ahkam) for the Amid, the second: : that it is the origin in itself, and the third: that its origin is the Imamid Book of (Muntaha Al-Soul) and (Ghayat Al-Maram) The most correct of them is: It is the first view, and this is due to the strength of the existing evidence and evidence of its preponderance.
