الإِمَامُ عَبْدُ الحَمِيدِ ابنُ بَادِيسَ أصوليًّا Imam Abdul Hamid Ibn Badis Is A Fundamentalist

الملخص

لقد جاء هذا البحث للتَّعريف بالجانب الأصوليّ من شخصيّة الإمام المصلح عبد الحميد ابن باديس؛ وهذا ببيان مكانة علم أصول الفقه في حياته كمُتَعَلِّمٍ من خلال التَّنصيص على شيوخه فيه والكتب الَّتي دَرَسَها. ومكانته في حياته كمُعَلِّمٍ و وممارسٍ للوظائف الشَّرعية وهذا بالوقوف على مقرَّراته المدرسيِّة ومنهجه في تدريسه، ومصادره الَّتي اعتمدها في أماليه، ومدى استعماله لقواعد هذا الفنِّ في دُروسه التَّفسيريَّة والحديثيَّة وفتاويه الفقهيَّة، ضف إلى ذلك الوقوف على جهوده التَّجديديَّة في النُّهوض بالعلم. وقد أفضى إلى مجموعة من النَّتائج منها: أنَّ علم أصول الفقه كان له حضور قويٌّ في حياة الإمام عبد الحميد التَعَلُمِيَة والتَعْلِيمِيَة، ومنها أنَّ عبد الحميد يعتبر شخصيَّة أصوليَّة بامتياز، ومنها أنَّه يعتبر من مجدِّدي علم أصول الفقه في العصر الحديث. This research came to define the fundamentalist aspect of the personality of the reformer Imam Abdul Hamid Ibn Badis; This is by showing the status of the science of jurisprudence in the life of the imam as a learner, and this is by quoting his sheikhs in it and the books he studied. And his position in his life as a teacher and practitioner of legal functions and this is by standing on his school decisions and his approach to teaching, and the sources that he adopted in his hopes, and the extent of his use of the rules of this art in his exegetical and hadith lessons and his jurisprudence fatwas, in addition to standing on his efforts in innovation. It led to a set of results, including: that the science of jurisprudence had a strong presence in the educational and educational life of Imam Abdul Hamid, including that Abdel Hamid is considered a fundamentalist figure par excellence, and among them that he is considered one of the innovators of the science of jurisprudence in this modern era.
