دور المعرفة الإنسانية في تنمية رأس المال الفكري للوصول إلى الإبداع

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة إشكالية تبني مفهوم إدارة المعرفة في المنظمات المختلفة لتنمية و تطوير رأس مالها البشري من الناحية الفكرية و الذهنية، مما يساعد على تقديم أفضل للعمل المنوط به، حيث أن اكتساب رأس مال فكري سيؤدي حتما إلى الإبداع في العمل من خلال خلق و تبني أفكار جديدة و استراتيجيات متطورة من خلال استغلال المهارات الفكرية و الذهنية. و قد توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن امتلاك المنظمات لرأس مال بشري على درجة عالية من المعرفة يمكنها من تحقيق ميزات تنافسية على منافسيها نتيجة إبداعها في ما تقدمه للمحيط الخارجي مقارنة بالمنافسين. This study aims to study the problematic adoption of the concept of knowledge management in different organizations to develop their human capital in terms of intellectual and mental Which helps to provide better work, as the acquisition of intellectual capital will inevitably lead to creativity at work through the creation and adoption of new ideas and advanced strategies through the exploitation of intellectual and mental skills. Through this study, we came to the conclusion that organizations' possession of human capital with a high degree of knowledge enables them to achieve a competitive advantage over their competitors as a result of their creativity in what they offer to the external environment compared to competitors.
