محاولة بناء اختبار لتقييم اللّغة الشّفهيّة عند الأطفال بين 04 إلى 06 سنوات

الملخص
ملخص: تلعب أدوات القياس دورا جوهريّا في تطوّر العلوم والنّهوض بها، وذلك من خلال تنشيط البحوث والدّراسات حول طرق التّقييم والتّشخيص، وبعث روح الممارسة الميدانيّة بقياس مختلف المتغيّرات موضوع الإختصاص، والعمل على ابتكار طرق وأساليب لعلاجها أو تنميتها. وقد هدفت هذه الورقة البحثيّة إلى عرض طريقة بناء إختبار تقييمي للّغة الشّفهيّة على البيئة المحليّة عند الأطفال في المرحلة العمريّة بين 04 إلى 06 سنوات، وذلك بالنّسبة لجانبي الإنتاج والفهم اللّغويين معا، باعتبارهما أهمّ جوانب اللّغة. وانطلاقا من إشكاليّة عامّة مفادها: هل يمكننا بناء اختبار لتقييم اللغة الشفهية عند الأطفال في البيئة المحليّة شريطة أن يكون حاملا لخصائص سيكومتريّة مقبولة وموثوقة؟ وباستعمالنا للمنهج الوصفي بعد اتّباعنا لأهمّ خطوات ومراحل بناء الإختبارات النفسيّة والتّربوية، وكذا الإستعانة بعدّة إختبارات لغويّة أجنبيّة أو مكيّفة على البيئة المحليّة مثل: ELO؛ NEEL؛ O52... وتوزيع بنود هذا الإختبار على أهمّ محاور اللّغة المتمثّلة في: الفونولوجيا، المعجم، التّراكيب، الدّلالة والبراغماتية... مع التّحقق من جودة خصائصه السيكومتريّة على البيئة المحليّة باستعمال كّلٍ من صدق المحكّمين، والثّبات عن طريق التّجزئة النّصفيّة، تمّ التّوصّل إلى نتيجة مفادها أن الإختبار المُصَمَّم يتمتّع بخصائص سيكومتريّة مقبولة، مايجعله صالحا للإستعمال، وقابلا للتّطبيق بهدف التشخيص من طرف الباحثين والمختصّين. Abstract: Measurement tools play a fundamental role in the advancement of sciences, by stimulating research and studies on methods of assessment and diagnosis, and instilling a spirit of the practice by measuring the various variables in the specialty, and working on discover ways to treat or develop them. The aim of this paper is to present our method of building an assessment test for oral language on the local environment for children between the ages of 04 to 06 years, with regard to both aspects of linguistic production and understanding, as they are the most important aspects of language. Proceeding from a general problematic: Can we construct a test to assess the oral language of children in the local environment, with condition that it bears acceptable psychometric characteristics? By using the descriptive approach after following the most important steps and stages of building psychological and educational tests, as well as using several foreign language tests or adapted tests to the local environment, such as: ELO; NEEL; O52 ... and we distributed the items of this test on the most important language axes: phonology, lexicon, structures, semantic and pragmatic... We verificate the quality of its psychometric properties on the local environment using both of the arbitrators validity, and the reliability by way of halving, the conclusion was reached that the designed test has acceptable psychometric properties, which makes it usable, and applicable for researchers to diagnosis language disorders.
