الملخص
تعاظم الاهتمام بمفهوم حوكمة الشركات في العديد من الاقتصاديات المتقدمة والنامية خلال السنوات الماضية، وأخذت في ذلك الجزائر على غرار الدول النامية على عاتقها تفعيل حوكمة الشركات ضمن كل المؤسسات باختلاف وظائفها ملكياتها وأحجامها من أجل زيادة الاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي، من خلال بناء إطار مؤسساتي لتبني الإصلاحات لحوكمة الشركات وتحسين مناخ الأعمال، بالاعتماد على المشاركة والشفافية بهدف خلق إدارة رشيدة ونظام يرفع من اقتصاد الدولة.
