الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الى إظهار مدى التزام شركات التأمين العاملة بالجزائر بممارسة حوكمة الشركات، الأمر الذي أدى بنا الى معرفة ما إذا كان هناك وجود لحوكمة الشركات أساسا ضمن الإطار العملي لشركات التأمين المستهدفة، وذلك من خلال تحليل أليات حوكمة الشركات الداخلية (مجلس الإدارة، الرقابة الداخلية، إدارة المخاطر) كأداة يتم من خلالها قياس درجة تطبيق هذه الشركات للحوكمة، ولهذا الغرض تم تصميم استبيان لجمع البيانات وتمت معالجته باستعمال الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS، وعليه توصلنا من خلال نتائج الدراسة الى وجود التزام مقبول للأليات الداخلية لحوكمة الشركات في شركات التأمين العاملة بالجزائر This study aimes to investigate extent Governance commitment of insurance companies operating in Algeria, which led us to know whether corporate governance exists within. the operational framework of the targeted insurance companies, and that is through By analyzing the mechanisms of corporate governance (Board of Directors, Internal Control, Risk Management) as a tool being of measure the degree of governance application of these companies, For this purpose a questionnaire was designed to collect data and treated by using SPSS, Therefore, we have reached through the results of this study to the existence of acceptable commitment to the internal mechanisms of corporate governance within insurance companies operating in Algeria.
