الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى إثبات دور منهج استشراف المهن في التسيير الاستراتيجي للموارد البشرية والتخطيط لسياسات التكوين والتشغيل بشكل خاص، وإبراز أهمية مراصد المهن، الوظائف والكفاءات في متابعة تطور المهن كما ونوعا في مختلف القطاعات المهنية لدعم وتوجيه سياسات التشغيل وتخفيض نسبة البطالة. The purpose of this study is to prove the role of the job foresight method professions in the strategic management of HR as well as the planning of training and more precisely in the employment. This will make it possible to underline the importance of observatories of trades, employment and skills for the monitoring and evolution of trades in qualitative and quantitative terms in different professional sectors to support and guide employment policy and reduce the unemployment rate.
