المخدّرات الرّقميّة والمسؤوليّة الاجتماعيّة لوسائل الاتّصال الحديثة

الملخص
إنَّ الانتشار الهائل لوسائل الاتّصال الحديثة وتعاظمها، جعل العالم يعيش عصرا من التّفاعلات والتَّحولات الجذرية غير المسبوقة؛ مما أثّر على النّسيج الاجتماعيّ القائم، وأنتج ظواهر دخيلةً على عالمنا الواقعي، نحو عالم افتراضي غامض مريب، ومن تلكم الظواهر انتشار ما يسمّى بالإدمان الرقميّ الذي يعتمد على ملفات موسيقيّة كنوع من أنواع المخدِّرات الرّقميّة التي تؤثر على مدركات الأفراد المستخدمين لها ووعيهم، وهو ما يجعلهم يعيشون في عزلة اجتماعية آيلةٍ إلى أمراض نفسيَّة وعضويّة خطيرة. كما يتيح الاستخدام السّهل والسّريعُ لوسائل الاتّصال الحديثة مشاركة واسعة لمحتوى هذه الملفات الرّقميّة المخدِّرة مع العديد من الناس، وهو ما يَستوجبُ تفعيل المسؤوليّة الاجتماعيّة لهذه الوسائل الاتّصالية، وذلك بإيجاد آليّات رقابية تمنع ترويجها وتداولها بين أفراد المجتمع، كما يجب توعية مختلف طبقات المجتمع، وبخاصّةٍ فئة الشباب بالمخاطر التي تكمن وراء ذلك؛ من إضعاف لقدراتهم وتشتيت اهتماماتهم وطموحهم؛ علاوة على طمس هوِّيتهم، وهو ما يستدعي ضرورة استحضار منظومة القيم والمبادئ الاجتماعيّة والتي تعد صمامَ أمان لمكوّنات المجتمع ، وكذا تنمية الوازع الدّيني القائم على حفظ العقل كمقصد من مقاصد الشريعة السمحة. Abstract: The large growth and spread of modern means of communication, has made the world live in era of unprecedented interactions and radical transformations, which has affected the standing social fence and produced an extraneous phenomenon on the real world and drag us to mysterious virtual world, among them is the spread of the digital addiction that depended on musical files as sort of digital drugs that affect the perceptions and awareness of their users and This what makes them live in social distance and under serious mental and physical illnesses. On the other hand, the easy and fast use of modern means of communication allows sharing the content of these narcotic digital files with others, this required for the society to stop shrugging the shoulders and start being responsible for implementing the adequate monitoring technique, which hold back the digital drugs dealing, in addition to that it is necessary to rise parents and individuals awareness especially the youth for the risks and consequences digital drugs, which can start from limiting their capacities and ambitions, to reach the complete defacement of their identity, that’s why it’s extremely important to rise the awareness and the social principals and growth the feelings of religious restraint that keep the mind health safe from any harm .
