العنف الصامت في المجتمع الجزائري، رؤية تحليلة من منطلقات سوسيولوجية

الملخص
من المتعارف عليه أكاديميا وحتى في الأطر النظرية أن ظاهرة العنف ظاهرة قديمة متجددة في صور وأشكال تواكب ما طرأ على المجتمعات من تغيرات قيمية، و لن يختلف إثنان في اعتبار ظاهرة العنف من أهم مسببات المشكلات المجتمعية، وفي شتى المجالات والمراحل محدثة أضرار نفسية عميقة وجسدية بالغة، بل وإعاقة للذات و تعد على الآخرين، والاشكال الأكبر أنها في منحنى تصاعدي كما وكيفا، إذ تغيرت مظاهره بالتطورات الحاصلة على مستوى الانساق والتمظهرات السوسيولوجية، وحتى تأثيرات الجوانب المعيشية في إطار الأنظمة الاقتصادية المتضاربة، وضعف العلاقات الاجتماعية ووصولها السطحية الظاهرة وتصنيفها في خانة التفاعلات الثانوية والرمزية، فالعنف هو تعبير على ماظهر من عصيان للخالق وفساد اخلاق وسوء تدبر ومخالفة قوانين واختراق مجال الضبط الاجتماعي، مايؤدي الى حدوث صدامات وصراعات ونزاعات وتداخل للحقوق مع واجباتها، وتحقق ثنائية معادلة الظلم والمتمثلة في ظالم ومظلوم وحق متنازع عليه، ولكن في مقالنا هذا وبعد بحثنا وتفكيرنا المعمق وملاحظاتنا السوسيولوجية للموضوع ارتاينا إلى التركيز على المرحلة الاستباقية للظاهرة وهي منطلق شرارات العنف، والتي لم تعنى ولم تنل حيزا بحثيا من قبل المختصين، وأطلقت عليه تسمية العنف الصامت وسنقدم مفاهيمه، تشكلاته وتمظهراته وعناصر لاتقل أهمية، والتي سنتطرق لها بالدراسة والتحليل للإلمام بالموضوع. Abstract: It is recognized academically and even in theoretical frameworks that the phenomenon of violence is an ancient and renewed phenomenon in images and forms that keep pace with the value changes that have occurred in societies, and no two will differ in considering the phenomenon of violence as one of the most important causes of societal problems, and in various fields and stages, causing deep psychological and physical damages. And even a hindrance to oneself and encroachment upon others, and the bigger forms are in an ascending curve in quantity and quality, Even the effects of living aspects within the framework of conflicting economic systems, the weakness of social relations and their apparent superficial reach and their classification in the category of secondary and symbolic interactions, violence is an expression of the manifestations of disobedience to the Creator, corruption of morals, mismanagement, violation of laws and penetration of the field of social control, which leads to the occurrence of clashes, conflicts, and overlapping of rights With its duties, it achieves the duality of the equation of injustice, represented by an oppressor and an oppressed and a disputed right, but in this article and after our research, deep thinking and our sociological observations of the topic, we decided to focus on the pre-emptive phase of the phenomenon, which is the starting point of the sparks of violence, which did not concern and did not gain research space by specialists, and launched He has to call the silent violence, and we will present its concepts, formations, manifestations, and no less important elements, which we will study and analyze in order to gain knowledge of the subject.
