الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تبيين دور التخصص الذكي في تنويع الهيكل الاقتصادي من خلال الابتكار الذي يعتبر المحدد الرئيسي للنمو المستدام، في السنوات الأخيرة شرعت البلدان والمناطق في الاتحاد الأوروبي في تطبيق نهج التخصص الذكي كاستراتيجية بارزة في تعزيز الابتكار. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التخصص الذكي يقوم بتنويع هيكل الاقتصاد الإقليمي عن طريق توليد تخصصات وخيارات جديدة للنمو داخل تلك المنطقة وبالتالي زيادة التنافسية والإنتاجية، لكن ذلك لن يتم إلا من خلال توسيع الجهود بين مختلف الأطراف الفاعلة في العملية. Abstract : This paper aims to show the role of smart specialization in diversifying the economic structure through innovation, which is a key determinant of sustainable growth. in recent years, countries and regions in the European Union have embarked on applying the smart specialization approach as a prominent strategy in promoting innovation. The study concluded that smart specialization diversifies the structure of the regional economy by generating new specialties and options for growth within that region and thus increasing competitiveness and productivity, But this will only be done by expanding efforts between the various actors in the process.
