العنـــف ضــد الــمرأة في المــغــرب الإســلامي(1-5ه) - دراســة في الأسبـــاب والمظــاهــــر

الملخص
لم يشكل العنف ضد المرأة مشكلة، إذا ما استدعينا السياق التاريخي، لأن المجتمعات على وجه العموم كانت تتعامل مع المرأة بوصفها من ممتلكات الرجال، بل إن هذه المجتمعات شرعت العنف الأسري وباركته بصورة أو بأخرى ، خصصنا الدراسة العنـــف ضــد الــمرأة في المــغــرب الإســلامي(1-5ه)- دراســة في الأسبـــاب والمظــاهــــر-؛ والهدف من الدراسة تسليط الضوء على جانب من جوانب معانات المرأة في المغرب الإسلامي وهو العنف بشتى أنواعه، وخرجنا بعدة نتائج أهمها: أن المرأة ضحية النوع وكذلك ضحية ثقافة المجتمع ، أماعن المظاهر فهناك حالات عنف خاصة ومميزة للمرحلة كظاهرة السبي النساء في المغرب تابع مرحلة الفتح وعصر الولاة وكانت أحد المحركات الثورة البربرية ؛ وهناك حالات عنف عامة تعاني منها المرأة بالاختلاف الإطار الزماني والمكاني كالعنف الأسري المسلط ضد المرأة سواء من قبل الأب أو الزوج، و الانتحار فهو وكنوع من أنواع العنف ذاتي ضد النفس. Violence against women did not constitute a problem, if we recall the historical context, because societies in general used to deal with women as the property of men. Rather, these societies legalized and blessed domestic violence in one way or another. We devoted the study to violence against women in the Islamic Maghreb (1- 5 e) - a study of causes and manifestations -; The aim of the study is to shed light on one of the aspects of women's suffering in the Islamic Maghreb, which is violence of all kinds, and we came up with several results, the most important of which are: that the woman is the victim of gender as well as the victim of the culture of society. As for the appearances, there are special and distinct cases of violence for the stage, such as the phenomenon of captivity. Women in Morocco continued the phase of conquest and the era The governors were one of the engines of the barbarian revolution; There are general cases of violence that women suffer from in different temporal and spatial settings, such as domestic violence against women, whether by the father or husband, and suicide, as it is a type of self-violence.
