الحقوق الانسانية للمرأة كمقاربة دولية لحماية الأسرة Women's Human Rights As An International Approach To Family Protection

الملخص

عملت الأسرة الدولية على تقنين المسائل المرتبطة بالأسرة، وتزايد هذا الاهتمام من خلال ميثاق الأمم المتحدة، فبرزت المرأة بقوة كمُكوَن أساسي للمجتمع، وطرفا في استمرارية الإنسان، والأكثر من ذلك القائم على حضانته ورعايته، فتزايد النقاش حول حماية المرأة وضمان حقوقها زمن السلم وزمن الحرب من اجل الحفاظ على حياة الأطفال وبقاء واستمرارية الأسرة. وهو ما دفع بالأسرة الدولية بالتوازي مع حركية حقوق الإنسان بان ترافع على التأكيد بأن احترام الحقوق الإنسانية للمرأة هو جوهر الحماية والتمكين للوصول للأمن الإنساني للمرأة . وتأتي هذه المداخلة لتناقش مدى مساهمة التمكين من الحقوق الإنسانية للمرأة وفق المعيارية الدولية في تحقيق الحماية المرجوة للأسرة، من خلال بيان وتقييم سياسات الأمن الإنساني للمرأة وتحقيق الحقوق الإنسانية وحماية الأسرة في مسائل تخص حقوق المرأة ضمن إشكاليات مفهوم الأسرة، الأمن الصحي والنفسي للمرأة(الحمل- الإنجاب- تربية ورعاية الأبناء)، الحق في الأمن الشخصي للمرأة وتعزيز قدراتها على المشاركة والاختيار، وأيضا الحرية المالية للمرأة وأمنها الاقتصادي داخل الأسرة. The international community has worked to legalize issues related to the family, and this interested has increased through the charter of the United Nations, so women have emerged strongly as essential component of society, a party to the continuity of man, and more than that based on his custody and care. There has been an increase in the discussion about protecting women and guaranteeing their rights in times of peace and times of war in order to preserve the lives of children and the survival and continuity of the family, this prompted the international community, in parallel with the human rights movement, to argue that respect for woman’s human rights is the essence of protection and empowerment to achieve human security for women This intervention comes to discuss the extent to which the empowerment of women's human rights according to international standards, contributes to achieving the desired protection for the family, through the statement and evaluation of women's human security policies, the realization of human rights and family, the health and psychological security for women (pregnancy- Childbearing- raising and caring for children), the right to personal security for women and enhancing their abilities to participate and choose, as well as women's financial freedom and economic security within the family
