ماهية الخطاب السياسي وشروط ترجمته.

الملخص
سنسعى من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية التطرق إلى خطاب يؤدي دورا محوريا في حياة الشعوب والدول ألا وهو الخطاب السياسي، مبرزين ماهية هذا الخطاب بوصفه خطابا متخصصا له وظائف وتركيبة معقدة تميزه عن باقي الخطابات، وهي عوامل من شأنها أن تعقد مأمورية كل من محلل ومترجم الخطاب السياسي على حد سواء، حيث تبدو مسؤولية المترجم أكبر في مجال الترجمة السياسية نظرا لدور المترجم في عملية نقل الرسائل السياسية المشحونة بالإيديولوجيات والتي قد تتعارض مع إيديولوجيات المترجم بما أن له خلفية ثقافية كامنة في قرارات نفسه لا يستطيع التخلص من سلطتها وهيمنتها على الفعل الترجمي، فكيف يمكن لمترجم ملتزم بفكرة أن يترجم خطابا سياسيا يتنافى معه مبدئيا. وفي ضوء ما افترضناه في إشكالية البحث سنعمد خلال معالجة هذا المقال إلى رصد مدى تأثيرات القراءة الخاطئة للخطاب السياسي على قرارات المترجم وكيف يؤثر ويتأثر بالشحنات الإيديولوجية الموظفة في الرسائل السياسية؟ In this paper we try to address a discourse that plays a pivotal role in the lives of peoples and nations, namely, political discourse. We try to highlight the essence of this discourse as a specialized one which has functions and complexities that distinguish it from the rest of other discourses,these factors complicate the task of the analyst and the translator of the political discourse as well.The translator's responsibility is greater in the field of political translation because of the role of the translator in the process of transmitting political messages charged with ideologies that may coontradict with that of the translator since he has a cultural background inherent in himself ,and he can not get rid of its dominance on the translation act.so if a translator is committed to a concept,how can he translate a political discourse that is fundamentally incompatible with him. In the light of what we have supposed as a problematic of this research, we try to monitor the effects of misreading the political discourse that affects the translator's decisions and how the translator affects and affected by ideological employed in political messages.
