الملخص
ملخص : يهدف الباحث في هذا البحث إلى محاولة التعرف على الاستثمار في الإبتكار وخصائصه، وأنواعه ومتطلباته، والوقوف على الواقع في المملكة، واستعراض بعض التجارب الدولية الناجحة في الاستثمار في الإبتكار للاستفادة منها في التطبيق بالمملكة العربية السعودية، وركزت المشكلة الرئيسة للبحث على كم شوطاً قطعنا، وفى أي مرحلة وصلنا في الاستثمار في الإبتكار بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء تجارب الدول المتقدمة؟ وتوصل الباحث إلى إطار مقترح لتفعيل الاستثمار في الإبتكار بالمملكة العربية السعودية في ضوء تجارب الدول الناجحة ذات السبق؛ يقوم هذا الإطار على أربعة محاور هي: الوقوف على واقع الاستثمار في الإبتكار بالمملكة العربية السعودية، الوقوف على معوقات وتحديات الاستثمار في الإبتكار، تحديد الاستراتيجية الإبتكارية الخاصة بتحقيق رؤية 2030، الوقوف على متطلبات نجاح عملية التحول إلى الاستثمار في الإبتكار، واعتمد الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلى في تناول موضوع البحث من خلال جمع أكبر قدر ممكن من البيانات المنشورة المتعلقة بمشكلة وأهداف البحث وتحليلها واستخلاص نتائج وتوصيات تسهم في معالجة مشكلة البحث والإجابة على تساؤلاته وتحقيق أهدافه، وتوصل البحث إلى العديد من النتائج التى تؤكد أهمية الاستثمار في الإبتكار ودورها في تحقيق رؤية 2030، كما خلص البحث إلى مجموعة من التوصيات التي يمكن من خلالها تعزيز وتفعيل الاستثمار في الإبتكار. الكلمات المفتاح : الاستثمار في الإبتكار، الاستراتيجية الإبتكارية، تجارب الدول الناجحة في الاستثمار في الإبتكار، المملكة العربية السعودية. Abstract: The researcher aims to identify the investment in innovation and its characteristics, types and requirements, and to find out the reality in the Kingdom, and review some of the successful international experiences in investment in innovation to benefit from the application in Saudi Arabia. The main problem of the research focused on how far we went, What stage did we invest in innovation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the experiences of developed countries? The researcher reached a proposed framework to activate investment in innovation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the light of the experiences of successful countries in the forefront. This framework is based on four axes: to identify the reality of investment in innovation in Saudi Arabia, to identify the obstacles and challenges of investment in innovation, , Identified the innovative strategy for achieving the vision of 2030, to identify the requirements of the success of the process of transition to investment in innovation, and adopted the researcher descriptive analytical approach to the subject of research by collecting as much as possible published data on the problem and objectives of the research and analysis and draw conclusions and recommendations contribute to address the problem Research and answer its questions and achieve its objectives, and the research reached many results that emphasize the importance of investment in innovation and its role in achieving the vision of 2030, and the research concluded a set of recommendations through which to promote and activate investment in innovation.
