الوضعية الادماجية من أهم روافد المقاربة بالكفاءات

الملخص
الملخص: إن تبني المقاربة الجديدة في منظومتنا التربوية يرتكز بالدرجة الأولى إلى الارتقاء بالمتعلّم وذلك بجعله يستند إلى نظام متناغم ومتكامل في المعارف والإنجازات والمهارات المنظمة ضمن وضعيات تعلّمية تجعل المتعلّم في صلب التعلّم، ولن يحدث ذلك إلا في إطار بيداغوجيا فعالة كبيداغوجيا الكفاءات، وذلك لأنها تحلّل الوضعية التعليمية/التعلّمية إلى مجموعة من الوضعيات الفرعية وتبنيها وفق منظور إيجابية المتعلم، بهدف إدماجه كفاعل أساسي في بناء التعلمات. ونظرا لأهمية الإدماج فيها تطرقنا إلى موضوع بحثنا الذي يهدف إلى معرفة مكانة الإدماج في بيداغوجيا الكفاءات تحت عنوان " الوضعية الإدماجية من أهم روافد مقاربة الكفاءات " بحيث تريد دراستنا الإجابة عن التساؤلات التالية: - ما المقصود بنشاط الإدماج؟ وهل للمقاربة بالكفاءات دور في هذا الإدماج؟ وما الهدف منه؟ - وهل تختلف الوضعية الإدماجية عن باقي الوضعيات التعلّمية/ التعليمية الأخرى؟ وكان السبب وراء اختيارنا لهذه الدراسة هو أنّ المقاربة بالكفاءات تعتبر الإدماج كأهم خاصية تمتاز بها عن باقي المقاربات المتبناة سابقا في منظومتنا مما جعلنا نتساءل عن ماهية الإدماج وما مكانته في ظل المقاربة الحديثة التي اصطلح عليها ببيداغوجيا الإدماج نسبة لأهميته. Summary: The new approach in our educational system basically focuses on the learner by depending on a homogon system in knowledge. Skills and axhievements، Wich make the learner in the center of the teaching learning pocess. This will hoppen only in an effective pedagogic system that lies on competencies because it analysis the learning situation into individuals situations according to a positive viewto the learner in order to involve him as an effective element to build knowledge. Because of the importance of the subject we decided to make our reasearch that aims to know the position of The integrative situation is the most important aspect of the competency approach So as to answer the following questions: - What is intergration؟ - Does Competency Based Approach have a role in intergration؟ and what is the purpose of intergration؟ - Does intergration situation differe fom other lerning situation؟ The reason behind our choice of such subject is that Cmpetency Based Approach considers integration as a special method in teaching which is not found in the previous adapted approaches in our educaional system. That is why we are asking about the meaning of integration and its importance in the new approach.
