الملخص
أقرّ المشرع الجزائري في مجال تسيير وتنظيم الأراضي الفلاحية عدة أساليب وآليات، حاول من خلالها أن يضفي عليها الحماية القانونية التي تهدف إلى الاستفادة المثلى من مردوديتها. حيث من خلال الإصلاحات المتعاقبة في المجال الفلاحي وبتكريسه للعديد من السياسات والأنماط المختلفة لاستغلال العقار الفلاحي، أراد المشرّع الوصول إلى عدّة أبعاد لعل أهمها البُعد الاقتصادي، والمتمثّل أساساً في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي ومن ثمة المساهمة في دعم الاقتصاد الوطني , In the field of managing and organizing agricultural lands, the Algerian legislator approved several methods and mechanisms, through which he tried to give these lands legal protection that aims to make the best use of their yields. Through successive reforms in the agricultural field and by implementing many different policies and patterns for the exploitation of agricultural land, the legislator wanted to reach several dimensions. The most important of which is perhaps the economic one. This is mainly represented in achieving food security and thus contributing to supporting the national economy.
