الملخص
A simple look at the information present mass media provide , as a direct outcom e of actual social life daily needs, to humanity reveals as much positive effects as negative ones.This matter led many analysts to question the claim of totally positive stand of the media .In fact many analysts began calling for critically rethinking that role and relationship especially in fashioning public opinion so as to safeguard individuals freedom ,rights and differences as well as achieve objectivity and truthfulness in provinding news to the public, the lonely means to avoid fake news and help in spreading social education and cultural preservation .We actually dicussed this matter with the french political analyst and philosopher Mr Gauchier who rightly labels the matter as’ the mass media public’,he certainly emphacizes the negative role the media has come to play leading society to moral disintegration ,which itself is a proof of the precarity of our collective consciousness.As a matter of fact such a gloomy perspective leads us to call for rethinking, if not redirecting, the role of mass media to provide only real news and preserve diversity of public opinion ,cultures and right to being different. Key Words : Mass Media, religion ,politics,Marcel Gauchier ,disintegration ملخص: إن قراءة بسيطة لما تقدمه وسائل الاعلام للإنسانية التي أفرزتها الحداثة توحي للوهلة الأولى بالكثير من الفوائد التي صنعتها هذه الوسائل. لكن هذا التأثير الإيجابي لوسائل الإعلام ما لبث أن اثار حفيظة بعض العقول و هنا بدأ اتجاه يطفوا في الأفق يدعوا لإعادة تقييم دور وسائل الإعلام، في الحياة الاجتماعية، فلم يعد أي شخص بإمكانه تجاهل مركزية هذا الجهاز. هذا التقييم اتخذ صورة نقدية و فتح الباب للبحث في العلاقة القائمة بين وسائل الإعلام و الرأي العام، و هذا الذي حاولنا تفكيكه مع المفكر السياسي الفرنسي مارسيل غوشيه، حيث يسميه "مجتمع وسائل الاعلام "، فوجدناه قارئا جيدا للسياسة و قارئا بارعا للدين، كما توصلنا إلى أن هذه الوسائل تتجه بنا الى مأزق أخلاقي يكشف هشاشة وعينا الجمعي. الأمر الذي يفترض عليها الالتزام بالصدق في القول والموضوعية واحترام خصوصية الافراد. و ذلك سبيلها لتجاوز الزيف في نقل الحقيقة و ابتعادها على تنميط العقول و صنع ثقافتها . الكلمات المفتاحية : وسائل الاعلام ، الدين، السياسة، مارسيل غوشيه، التفكيك .
