دور المنظمات الدولية في حماية البيئة البحرية من التلوث

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى الوقوف على دور المنظمات الدولية في حماية البيئة البحرية من التلوث، هذه المنظمات لها العديد من الطرق و الوسائل من أجل التصدي لظاهرة تلوث البيئة البحرية، ودورها فعال جدا و يتضح ذلك من خلال اسلوب كل نوع من هذه المنظمات، فالمنظمات الدولية الحكومية تساهم بشكل مباشر من خلال ابرامها العديد من الاتفاقيات في هذا المجال، بينما المنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية تتبع اسلوب غير مباشر، حيث تقوم بتوعية الرأي العام حول أخطار التلوث البحري، و الكشف عن هذا التلوث، و تستعمل المظاهرات والاحتجاجات و عقد المؤتمرات من أجل دفع الدول و الحكومات للتصدي لهذه الظاهرة. Abstract: This research aims to identify the role of international organizations in protecting the marine environment from pollution. These organizations have many ways and means to address the phenomenon of pollution of the marine environment, and their role is very effective and this is evident through the style of each type of these organizations. International organizations The government contributes directly by concluding many agreements in this field, while international non-governmental organizations follow an indirect method, as they raise public awareness about the dangers of marine pollution, detect this pollution, and use demonstrations, protests, and holding conferences in order to push Countries and governments to address this phenomenon.
