الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان مساهمة تطبيق نظم ذكاء الأعمال في ريادة الشركات الناشئة، من خلال الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تقييم تجربة شركة Airbnb، بإعتبارها إحدى الشركات الناشئة العالمية التي قامت باعتماد نظم ذكاء الأعمال في تحقيق أهدافها. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن شركة Airbnb، نجحت في الاستفادة من مزايا نظم ذكاء الأعمال، حيث تجلى ذلك في تحقيقها لمعدلات أكبر من العوائد المالية خلال عام 2022، وتبعا لهذا تم إقتراح جملة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة الإستفادة من تجارب الشركات الناجحة العالمية وتجربة Airbnb خاصة، لضمان النمو والإستمرار في المنافسة. The study aims to show the contribution of the application of business intelligence systems to pioneer the start-up companies, by relying on the descriptive analytical approach in evaluating the Airbnb experience, as it is considered one of the global start-up companies that have adopted business intelligence systems in achieving its objectives. The study concluded that Airbnb has succeeded in benefiting from the advantages of business intelligence systems, as this was manifested in achieving higher rates of financial returns during the year 2022. Based on this, a number of recommendations were proposed, the most important of which are: the need to take advantage of the experiences of successful global companies and the experience of Airbnb in particular to ensure growth and stay competitive.
