ملخص: لقد أدركت الجزائر منذ مدة الدور الهام الذي تلعبه الشركات الناشئة في تطوير اقتصاد البلد، وهذا ما جعلها تسرع إلى وضع أطر قانونية عديدة لتنظيم عملها وتسهيل غاياتها الاقتصادية والاجتماعية، لاسيما من خلال إنشاء الأجهزة الخاصة بالدفع والمرافقة حتى تكون المؤسسات الناشئة عنصرا فعالا في التنمية الشاملة للجزائر. كان آخر هذه النصوص المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 20-356 الذي ينظم عمل وسير المؤسسة الجديدة المسماة "ألجريا فانتور"، وفي هذه المرة بهدف ترقية وتسيير هياكل دعم الشركات الناشئة. Abstract: Algeria has long recognized the important role that startups play in the development of the country's economy, and this is what prompted it to rush to put in place numerous legal frameworks to organize their work. and facilitate their economic and social objectives, in particular by setting up payment and support agencies. that emerging institutions would be an effective element in the overall development of Algeria. The last of these texts is Executive Decree No. 20-356, which regulates the work and operation of the new institution called “Algeria”, this time for the promotion and operation of support structures for startups.
